Greek Salad (allie)

Serves 4

Ingredients

1 unit Bell Pepper (green)
1 unit cucumbers
0.5 tsp dried oregano
0.25 cup extra-virgin olive oil
0.75 cup kalamata olives
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp pepper, black
1 unit red onion
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp salt
4 unit tomatoes

Roughly chop tomatoes, cucumber, and bell pepper. Thinly slice red onion.

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dressing and stir until well combined.

In a salad bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onions

Drizzle the dressing on top of the salad and give everything a gentle toss.

Serve the salad topped with olives.
