Herb salad with tangy dijon vinaigrette

Ingredients

1 unit bunch of fresh cilantro
1 unit bunches of fresh parsley
2.4 oz dijon mustard
2 unit garlic
0.67 tbsp garlic powder
1 unit green onions
0.25 cup honey
0.5 lb Mandarin Oranges
0.25 cup olive oil
1 unit salad (spring mix)
0.5 tsp salt

Directions

1. Blend together the olive oil, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic, and garlic powder together.

2. Put vegetables, herbs, and oranges in a large bowl.

3. Drizzle mustard dessing on top.
