Tea:
1. Boil water.
2. Set out tea bags and mugs
Cocoa:
3. In a medium-sized pot, dump 80% of unsweetened cocoa powder, sugar, and all of the milk. Heat until just barely boiling. Serve with a ladle
Use the rest of the cocoa and sugar to make a portion with soy milk (Don't put both milk AND soy milk in the same pot)

4. Let the people loose on it.
