Insalata Eccentrica, Italia Style (ADR)

Ingredients

10 Leaf(s) Basil Leaves (fresh)
0.5 unit avocado
0.94 lb Black beans - low sodium
0.25 cup Block Mozzarella
0.75 unit Canned Peaches
0.5 unit carrots
0.67 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp oregano
2 unit tomatoes

Directions

Chop up the avocado, tomato, peaches, and mozzarella cheese in CUBES. Chop up the carrots. Combine beans, avocado, tomatoes, peaches, cheese, and carrots. Add lemon juice and olive oil, mix thoroughly. Cut up basil leaves and add. Add in oregano, parsley and black pepper to taste. Mix again and then you are done! Enjoy :)
