Kimchi Bokkeumbap

Ingredients

1 sheet(s) Korean seaweed
2.5 tbsp Gochujang (hot pepper paste)
1 unit Green Onion
1 cup Kimchi
3 cup rice, white
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp vegetable oil

Directions

0. Steam rice. Chop kimchi and green onions *but keep the kimchi juice*. Also, shred the seaweed.

1. Heat up a pan. Add the vegetable oil.

2. Add the kimchi and stir fry for 1 minute. Add kimchi.

3. Add rice, kimchi juice, water, and gochujang. Stir all the ingredients together for about 7 minutes with a wooden spoon.add kimchi juice

4. Add sesame oil and remove from the heat.

5. Sprinkle with chopped green onion, shredded seaweed, and sesame seeds. Serve right away.
