Oven Roasted Butternut Squash

Serves 4

Ingredients

1 taste black pepper
1 unit Butternut Squash
2 clove garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 taste salt

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400F. Peel and seed the squash, then chop into bite-sized pieces. Peel and mince the garlic.

2. Toss everything together and place on a foil lined baking sheet.

3. Roast until squash is tender and lightly browned, 25-30 minutes.
