Pie Crust

Ingredients

0.5 cup butter
1.25 cup flour
0.25 tsp salt
0.25 cup Water

Directions

1. Chill and dice butter. In a large bowl, combine flour and half of the salt. Cut in COLD butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in ICE WATER, a tablespoon at a time, until mixture forms a ball. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. 2. Roll dough out to fit a 9 inch pie plate. Place crust in pie plate. Press the dough evenly into the bottom and sides of the pie plate. If using two crusts, put one aside for the top of the pie.
