1. Clean Shrimp.
2. Season Shrimp with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp paprika, 1 ts black pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp ginger powder
3. Chop onions and peppers into bite-size chunks (about 1-inch)
4. Drain pineapple, but reserve 1/2 cup syrup
5. Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in heavy pot
6. Add onions and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes
7. Add garlic. Cook for 1 min.
8. Add bell peppers. Cook for 2-3 minutes
9. Add pinapple, 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup pineapple juice (reserved)
10. Cook additional 10 minutes, or just until shrimp turns pink.
