Pumpkin Pie (ashwang)

Ingredients

0.67 tbsp cinnamon
0.5 tsp clove
4 unit eggs
2 can Evaporated Milk (12 oz/can)
1 tsp ginger, fresh
1.88 lb LIBBYs Pure Pumpkin
2 unit PIe Crust
1 tsp salt
1.5 cup sugar
1.5 can whipped cream

MIX sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves in small bowl. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.

POUR into pie shell.

BAKE in preheated 425° F oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350° F; bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in fridge or freezer for as long as possible before essen. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Top with whipped cream before serving.
