Quiche Crust

Serves 6

Ingredients

1 cup flour
0.25 cup olive oil
0.5 tsp salt
0.25 cup Water

Directions

Mix flour and salt with fork. Separately, beat oil and COLD water with whisk or fork to thicken. Pour into flour mixture and mix with fork. Butter or oil a DH pan to prevent sticking of the quiche (you can use any size pan here, guys). Press into pie plate (dough might be oily, but this is FINE!). Layer any cheese, veggies, meat, etc. Fill with egg/milk mixture and bake at 400F until done.
