Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges

Serves 4

Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil
0.25 tsp pepper, black
0.5 tsp salt
1.75 unit sweet potatoes

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400F and foil baking sheets.

2. Wash sweet potatoes and cut into wedges (leave skin on).

3. Toss wedges in olive oil, season with salt and pepper, toss again, and spread on baking sheet (in one layer).

4. Bake for around 25 minutes, or until wedges are golden and the tips are crunchy.
