Salsa Verde -MEXICAN

Serves 8

Ingredients

0.25 cup cilantro bunch
2 tbsp honey
1 unit jalapeno peppers
2 unit lime
2 tbsp olive oil
1 unit red onion
8 unit Tomatillo

Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and jalapeno and cook until soft. Add the tomatillos and cook until soft, about 10 to 15 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a blender, add the lime juice, honey, and cilantro, and blend until smooth. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
