Sauteed Zucchini

Serves 6

Ingredients

2 clove garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp oregano
0.25 tsp pepper, black
0.5 tsp salt
4 unit zucchini

Directions

Slice the zucchini.

In small batches:

Heat half the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the zucchini and cook, stirring only occasionally, until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Stir in crushed garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.

Place into a large bowl and mix well (so you don't have to proportion perfectly!)
