Seafood angel hair

Serves 18

Ingredients

3.38 lb angel hair pasta
3 unit canned tomatoes
0.5 lb Frozen seafood mix
5 unit garlic
0.37 cup olive oil
1.5 tsp salt
2 lb shrimp
1 unit tomato sauce
0.75 cup vegetable broth

Directions

1. Drain tomatoes and coarsely chop.

2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Separate some of this pasta for vegetarian option (to be served with plain tomato sauce.

3. Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, saute shrimp, frozen seafood mix, and minced garlic in olive oil for 5 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink.

4. Remove from skillet and keep warm.

5. In the same skillet, combine tomatoes, broth, boullion, sugar, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.

6. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes.

7. Stir in crab meat and reserved shrimp and heat for about 8 minutes.

8. Drain pasta and serve it with the seafood mixture.
