Spanish Rice

Ingredients

0.5 unit bell peppers
0.67 tbsp chili powder
0.63 lb diced tomatoes
0.25 unit green chili peppers
1 unit onions
1 cup rice, white
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cup Water

Directions

1. Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Saute rice, onion (chopped), and bell peppers (chopped) until rice is browned and onions are tender.

2. Stir in water, tomatoes, and chili peppers (chopped). Season with chili powder and salt. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed.
