Spinach Burgers (Jack)

Serves 4

Ingredients

0.5 pkg(s) alfalfa sprouts
4 slice(s) Pita
1 oz bread crumbs
1.5 oz Cheddar Cheese
2 unit eggs
1 clove garlic
0.5 unit onions
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp salt
0.5 lb Spinach (fresh)

Directions

Rinse and chop the spinach. Dice the onions. Shred the cheese.

Mix ingredients together and shape into burger-sized patties (or if you're feeling counter-culture: balls). Over medium-high heat, cook the patties/balls 4-6 minutes per side in a little olive oil. The sides should be *slightly* browned/crispy. Serve in a pita with slices of onion, alfalfa sprouts and hot sauce!
