Stir-Fried Bok Choy

Serves 6

Ingredients

2 lb bok choy
1 tbsp garlic
1.33 tbsp ginger, fresh
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp oil
0.67 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp oyster sauce

Directions

1. Wash all the bok choy and cut of the bottoms of the stem, make small portion in separate pan for KT

2. Mince all the garlic and ginger

3. Heat up oil on a pan on high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until aromatic.

4. Add the bok choy and quickly stir-fry for a few times before adding the salt (to taste), soy sauce or gluten free version for KT. Add small amount sugar or oyster sauce to balance bitterness. NO oyster sauce for KT.

Quickly stir-fry a few times agin, turn off the heat, dish out and serve immediately. Do not overcook!
