Tuscan Tuna Salad wrap

Ingredients

0.25 pkg(s) bunches of fresh parsley
0.5 pkg(s) extralarge wholewheat tortilla
0.3 pkg(s) green onions
2 cup Arugula Lettuce
0.25 lb can/jar artichokes in water
0.75 lb canned tuna in water
0.63 lb cannelini - canned
1 unit garlic
2 tbsp GREEK YOGURT
0.5 unit lemon
1 tbsp olive oil
1 unit tomatoes

Directions

Drain FULLY tuna and artichokes.Chop all choppable ingredients decently. DRAIN AND RINSE AND DRAIN AGAIN BEANS. Combine all ingredients except tuna, tortillas, and lettuce in a large bowl. Stir gently. Separate a little for vegetarian, then add tuna to the rest and stir (if no vegetarians, skip step). Refrigerate until ready to serve. Put a few leaves of lettuce on tortilla, then top with mixture. Roll it up, then slice diagonally.
