onion cucumber raita

Serves 8

Ingredients

1.5 cup whole milk yogurt (unflavored)
1 unit cucumber, diced
0.25 unit red onion, diced
1 taste salt
0.25 cup cilantro, chopped

Directions

Beat the yogurt well in a bowl with a wire whisk. Add a few tbsp of water to thin it out a little, if needed.

Mix the cucumber, onion, salt and serrano pepper to this.

Garnish with the cilantro and serve.
