Ingredients

4 loaves whole wheat bread
5.5 lb breakfast sausage
2.75 lb veggie breakfast sausage
40 unit egg
8 can baked beans
24 unit tomatoes
8 cup mushrooms
7 lb frozen hash browns

Directions

Grilling
Heat a large skillet or griddle to medium heat. Add a bit of cooking oil and distribute it evenly in the pan. Add the hashbrowns (straight from frozen), sliced mushrooms, sausage (straight from frozen) and tomatoes. Cook until done to your liking, flipping and turning as needed. Remember to keep the veggie and meat sausages separate!

How to Perfectly Fry Eggs
Heat a dab of oil on a nonstick skillet over medium low heat. Carefully crack the egg onto the pan – it should sizzle. Add a dash of salt and pepper. For sunny side up, cover with a lid for a minute or two until the yolk is cooked to your liking. For over easy, cook uncovered and flip after a minute or two and cook until the yolk is cooked to your liking. (Frying eggs for ~30 people is hard, feel free to just scramble them if you are running low on time.)

Toast the bread. (Last time, I remember us having toasted far too much bread. It should be fine to toast ~1 loaf, and worst case, once that runs out, people can just toast their own bread.)

Assemble!
Warm the baked beans, plate everything and grind salt and pepper over everything.
Pair with a hot cup of black tea/coffee, and enjoy!
