Ingredients

1.5 cup water
0.5 cup sugar
0.5 cup cornstarch
2.5 cup glutinous rice flour
2.4 tbsp matcha powder, optional
2.4 tbsp black sesame seeds, optional

Directions

In a pot combine water and sugar bring it to a boil then turn heat off, set aside.

Combine cornstarch and glutinous rice flour then place 3/4 cups of this mixture to each container with liquid while still hot.

Mix until it forms a smooth dough and form into bite sized balls.

Place in a lightly greased steamer then steam for 5 minutes.
Remove from steamer then roll in any desired toppings.
