roasted green beans with shallots

Serves 4

Ingredients

1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
1 unit shallots, thinly sliced
4 clove garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
0.5 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Toss together green beans, shallots, garlic, oil and salt and pepper in a medium roasting pan. Roast in the oven until the beans are cooked through and light golden brown.
