dill cucumber salad (no mayo!)

Ingredients

2 unit cucumbers
0.12 unit red onion
3 tbsp dill, chopped (the herb, not the pickle!)
0.33 cup distilled or white wine vinegar
1.5 tbsp sugar
1.25 tsp salt

Peel and slice cucumber.
Cut red onion into thin slices.

Combine all ingredients in an large, shallow dish (preferably with a lid). Toss to combine, then cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably up to 2 hours before serving.
