Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

0.7 lb tomatoes
2.4 tbsp onion (1/4 if too big)
0.25 cup cilantro
2 tbsp lime juice
0.5 tsp salt
0.25 tsp pepper

Directions

In a medium bowl, diced tomatoes (very small no big chunks), onion, and chopped cilantro.

Stir in 2 Tbsp lime juice and lightly season with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper, or season to taste. Enjoy right away or cover and refrigerate overnight.
