Colombian hot chocolate

Serves 4

Ingredients

2 cup water
0.25 cup brown sugar
1 cup milk
2 oz unsweetened dark chocolate
1 unit Biscottis

Directions

Make small portion lactose free using almond milk -- 4 portions

1. Bring the water to a boil and add the sugar
2. Add the chocolate and milk and reduce the heat to medium
3. Once the chocolate has melted, remove from the heat. Use a milk frother to make the chocolate foamy.
4. If you don't have a milk frother, allow the chocolate to cool down for a few minutes and blend it in a high speed blender until fully combined and foamy
