Mango Lassi

Ingredients

1 cup (frozen) mango
1 cup yogurt
0.5 cup milk
2.5 tbsp sugar or honey to taste
0.25 tsp cardamom power

1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth
2. Adjust taste with sugar and adjust thickness with milk/water/ice
3. Refrigerate until ready to serve
