3 | tbsp | Oil |
2 | tbsp | Butter |
1 | taste | Salt and pepper |
1 | taste | Fresh parsley |
1. Season the beef with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Heat the oil in a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak tips to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
3. Stir in the butter and garlic and cook for 20 seconds. Check for seasoning, garnish with parsley, if desired, and enjoy!
