Garlic Butter Steak Tips (christmas)

Serves 2

Ingredients

1 lb Sirloin steak
4 clove Garlic
3 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Butter
1 taste Salt and pepper
1 taste Fresh parsley

Directions

1. Season the beef with salt and pepper on both sides.

2. Heat the oil in a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak tips to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.

3. Stir in the butter and garlic and cook for 20 seconds. Check for seasoning, garnish with parsley, if desired, and enjoy!
