Alfredo Sauce

Serves 8

Ingredients

0.25 cup butter
1 clove garlic
1 cup heavy Cream
1.5 cup Parmesan Cheese (Ungrated)
0.25 cup parsley

Directions

1. Crush garlic and chop parsley

2. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium low heat. Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes, then add garlic and cheese and whisk quickly, heating through. Stir in parsley and serve with pasta.
