Baked Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

0.75 lb Cheddar cheese sliced
1 loaf whole-wheat bread
0.38 cup butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 450°F.

NOTE: Set some bread to the side for lactose intolerant people.
NOTE2: Katie will supply the gluten free bread (hopefully, if she remembers)

Lightly butter one side of each slice of bread. Place on a cookie sheet butter side down.

Place ~4 slices of cheese (edit: the people want more cheese, go crazy) on each piece of bread. Place other piece of bread on top, butter side up.

Bake for approximately 5 minutes. Then flip each sandwich over. Bake additional 3-4 minute until done.
