Wash and de-stem strawberries. Slice into bite sized pieces....Slice bananas similarly. Serve with whipped cream and sweet things over pancakes etc!

To whip the cream:
Dump it into a huge bowl and whip with the hand mixer on high speed until soft peaks form. You may want to add a couple tbsp of sugar, but its not super necessary with the fruit.
For better results, keep the cream cold while whipping by placing the bowl into a larger bowl filled with ice.
