Bisquick Strawberry Shortcakes

Serves 6

Ingredients

2.33 cup Bisquick
3 tbsp butter
0.5 cup Soy milk (light)
4 cup strawberries
0.5 cup sugar
3 tbsp sugar
0.5 lb Whipping Cream

Directions

1.Slice strawberries and mix with and 1/2 cup sugar per 6 servings. Set aside. Heat oven to 425F.

2. Melt butter. Stir Bisquick, 3 tbsp of sugar per 6 servings, milk, and butter until soft dough forms. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.

3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

4. Whip whipping cream with a bit of sugar and vanilla to make whipped cream.

5. Split shortcakes and fill with whipped cream and strawberries (or let people do that themselves depending on your laziness levels :D)
