Chicken Bacon Ranch

Serves 4

Ingredients

6 slice(s) bacon
4 unit Chicken breast
0.5 lb Mozzarella
1 cup ranch dressing - lowfat

Directions

Preheat oven to 400F. Meanwhile, cook bacon in a pan (leave slightly undercooked). Cut chicken breasts in half through the center to make two thinner pieces. When the bacon is done, remove it from the pan but do not empty grease. Fry the chicken in the same pan until the outside is white.

Spread half of ranch in a baking dish and lay chicken on top. Spread the rest of the ranch dressing over each piece, break up bacon and sprinkle over top.

Bake 10 minutes then sprinkle the cheese on top and bake an extra 5 minutes.
