Chickpea Spread with Carrots and Pita Bread

Serves 6

Ingredients

0.5 lb carrots
0.94 lb chick peas
0.5 lb cucumbers
0.5 tsp cumin, ground
3 clove garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
6 unit Pita
0.25 cup Water

Directions

1. Food process garlic until thoroughly processed.

2. Add in the rest of the ingredients, rinsing the chick peas before adding. Process until smooth but not too smooth (leave some texture)

3. Slice pita in quarters and put out carrots and cucumber to dip in the hummus
