Diced Beef Steak (ashwang)

Ingredients

2 stick(s) butter
7.5 lb beef chuck roast
0.31 cup pepper, black
0.31 cup salt

Directions

1. Season the beef with salt and pepper; leave it at room temperature for 10

min.

2. Cut butter into pieces about the size of the beef.

3. Arrange the beef and the butter on the baking tray.

4. Bake at 350F for 3-5 min intervals until cooked all the way through.
