Fried Bell Peppers and Onions

Serves 8

Ingredients

3 unit Bell Pepper (green)
3 unit Bell Pepper (Red)
3 clove garlic
0.25 cup olive oil
2 unit onions
1 taste pepper, black
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 taste salt

Directions

Cut the onions in half, and then slice them into 1/8-inch-thick half-rounds.

Slice the peppers into strips as thin as possible.

Mince the garlic.

Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add peppers, onions, garlic and vinegar and sauté 10 minutes. Cover and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
