Frijoles (Mexican-style)

Ingredients

2 slice(s) bacon
2.2 cup cilantro
1 unit jalapeno peppers
2 unit onions
4.41 lb pinto beans
1 tbsp salt
5 unit tomatoes

Directions

Cook the beans in their juices until warm and thickened slightly (15 minutes). Cut up the chili, onion and tomato to make a pico de gallo. Strip bacon into pieces. For 3-5 minutes maximum fry the bacon, then add the pico de gallo. The idea is to keep these things mildly crispy. Add to beans Stir and serve immediately. Add cilantro on top.
