Garlic Sauteed Spinach

Serves 4

Ingredients

3 clove garlic
0.75 tsp salt
1.13 lb Spinach (fresh)
2 tbsp vegetable broth
1 tsp oil

Directions

1. In a large skillet, saute the garlic in oil for 1 minute. Add lil broth. Bring to a boil; cook until liquid is reduced by half.

2. Add spinach and salt; cook and stir for 2 minutes or just until spinach is wilted. Serve with a slotted spoon.

do not over cook spinach, lowkey dont add too much or any broth, its just for flavor
